Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Federal Government and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 has declared that many more Nigerians will die even as the government scales up on testing.
“The more we testing we do the more fatalities we will find. It is important for all of us to be responsible. Ensure that every one wears a mask. Yesterday on Father’s Day my siblings wanted to visit and celebrate with me but I said no. I want to stay alive and remain a father.”
The chairman noted that strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols and social distancing measures will go a long way in helping us flatten the curve.
He decried the peddling of conspiracy theories noting that those who have died are no longer mere statistics. “Everyone of us knows someone who has died. A colleague who was instrumental to my being picked as chairman of PTF has dìed. It is not a conspiracy theory.”
