Ok, we know a few things about Nuru Adamu, the former FCMB’s MD embroiled in the paternity suit. First is he has been forced to step aside and an acting MD named.
Even though recent reports say former Mrs. Thomas (Moyo Thomas) has noted that her children do not belong to Nuru Adamu but to the late Tunde Thomas, most of the answers to that story are blowing in the wind.
Who can blame her?
After all of that backlash, all of the petition and the vituperations poured out online and offline against her actions that is said to have led to her former husband’s death; anyone would deny her lover.
But that is not the story, what is new is that the real Mrs. Nuru Adamu is being reported to have abandoned Nuru Adamu to his fate; she is said to have left their matrimonial home and is seeking divorce!
Not true. Here are a few things you wont read anywhere else:
- Mrs. Hauwa Nuru Adamu is still with her husband; inside sources confirm the couple are still together. Yes, madam is angry with Nuru for this scandal but she is still very much in the marriage and standing by her man! Inside sources insist she only went to cool off in America to avoid the noise and calls from sympathizers and well-meaning friends and family.
- Hauwa, many do not know, is a few years older than her husband but loves him so much still. She is one fierce woman who is very aware of her husband’s dalliances over the years; Moyo’s intrusion will not be the first as she has had to deal with a former mistress of her husband’s. Madam had gone after this mistress with her friends to deliver severe warnings that persuaded the said mistress to back off Adamu.
- Former Mrs. Thomas, aka Moyo Thomas claims her children do not belong to Nuru Adamu but to Tunde Thomas. Well, according to an insider; Moyo Thomas’s children are exact replicas of Hauwa’s children when they were at that age. In fact, the insider was so confused at the photos, she claimed the children belonged to Hauwa, rather than Moyo. “Adamu’s genes are strong”, the insider said, “his children all look like him. These children look exactly like Hauwa’s kids when they were young.” She affirmed referring to Moyo’s kids. However, the world awaits the DNA results.
- Nuru Adamu who had been nursing a deep ambition to be CBN governor someday may not realise his dreams after all, especially following after his abrupt exit from FCMB.
Whatever the outcome of the investigation being conducted by the bank may be, it’s unlikely the former FCMB MD, Mr. Nuru Adamu will enjoy any kind of favours from any political appointments in the nearest future…but then again, this is Nigeria, where anything can happen.
